Beginners Program is a specially designed for those who:

- Want to start their yoga journey but don't know how

- Have practiced yoga before but want to make sure that their exercise is correct and that they understand and master each pose.

- The program includes an introduction and 7 classes

- Each class focuses on a specific area of the body or a group of positions.

- The program includes explanation and practice of 2 main breathing technics.

- Classes length vary between: 5 and 30 minutes

- Language: Arabic

Chakra Yoga

Chakras are energy centers in the body.

There are 7 basic chakras and each chakra is associated with different parts of the body.

The Chakra Yoga program teaches us how to activate the energy of the chakras through yoga movements, meditation and breathing exercises.

The program consists of an introduction and 7 classes. Each class will target one of the 7 chakras

Mindfulness Meditation

There are several types of meditation or meditation techniques. One of the simplest forms of meditation is mindfulness meditation. Mindfulness meditation can be considered as the basis for all other forms of meditation.

In short, meditation is a mental, energetic and spiritual exercise. Practicing mindfulness calms the thoughts and clears the mind.

This program will teach you how to observe yourself and how to be present in your mind, in your feelings and, in your body and as a result present in your life.

Being mindful and present means that you are alert, aware, and present in the moment.

In this program you will learn how to be present 1- in your body and the senses, 2- in your heart, 3- in your breath and 4- in silence.

The program includes an introduction and 4 meditation sessions

Sessions lengths range between 5 and 10 minutes

Sessions are suitable for all levels
